1. Product Overview

The Jingxiang series is a family of prefabricated acoustic pods that creates a quiet, private room inside an open environment — without construction work, without dust, and without permanent modification to the building.

Each pod is a complete, self-contained unit: a rigid aluminium frame, thick acoustic composite wall panels, laminated tempered acoustic glazing, an integrated fresh-air system, dimmable LED lighting and built-in charging. It arrives as a finished product rather than a kit of parts, is repositioned on its own castors, and can be moved again when a floor plan changes. No fixed partition, suspended ceiling or building permit is required to put one into service.

Six sizes cover the full working range, from a single-occupant focus pod (S) to a six-person meeting room (XXL), plus the low-profile SL for wall-aligned layouts. All six share the same structural system, acoustic construction and interior services, so a workplace can specify one product family across every privacy need instead of mixing suppliers.

The design intent is straightforward: give people a place where a call, a video meeting or a confidential conversation can happen at full voice, next to colleagues who continue working undisturbed. The pod is engineered as a system — mass-loaded panels, a 45° magnetic perimeter seal, laminated glass and a sound-barrier ventilation path — rather than as a box with insulation added afterwards.

2. Key Features

Structural frame. 6063-T5 aerospace-grade aluminium alloy extrusions on all four sides, average wall thickness above 2.5 mm. The frame carries the panels and the roof load and keeps the pod square over repeated relocation.

45 mm acoustic composite panels. Double-layer acoustic composite steel panels, 45 mm thick, internally laminated with multiple acoustic materials. The exterior face is finished with automotive-grade baked paint for durability and colour consistency.

45° magnetic silent seal.The perimeter sealing strip closes at 45° with magnetic retention, so the door and panel joints pull shut evenly and stay closed. This is the detail that decides whether a pod performs in practice, not only on a drawing.

Double laminated tempered acoustic glass. 5 mm + 1.14PVB + 5 mm symmetrical laminated tempered acoustic glass on the viewing side — visual contact with the outside, safety glass in the door, and acoustic mass in the same element.

Fresh air with a sound barrier. A multi-layer sound-barrier fresh-air system renews the entire cabin volume every 3 minutes. The airflow path is baffled so that ventilation does not become an acoustic leak.

Tunable LED lighting. Central LED lighting adjustable from 3000 K to 6500 K, with smart sensor control — warm light for focus work, neutral daylight for video calls.

Power and data at the desk. USB and charging interfaces are fitted inside as standard; a network interface is available as an option.

Hidden frame, clean interior. The frame is concealed, with no exposed hinges, giving a flush interior surface and a furniture-grade appearance.

Full-coverage acoustic carpet. A custom-made nylon carpet in one piece covers the entire floor, with no seams to lift and good sound absorption underfoot.

Movable on its own castors. Steel castors at the base allow the pod to be pushed into position and re-positioned later, without dismantling the structure.

Low-emission materials.Panel grade E0; the odour-free bonding process complies with EU RoHS requirements.

The STC of Silent Booth is 35(± 5) dB, NRC is 0.25 second.

It is good enough to protect the speech privacy, and create a clear, quiet and comfortable sound environment inside.
