The Jingguang Collaborative Innovation Center is one of the important parks of the Specialized, Sophisticated, and Novel Industrial Park in Guangzhou Development District. It is built through cross-district cooperation between Guangzhou Development District and Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. 

The park is jointly invested by Science City (Guangzhou) Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing E-Town Investment Holding Co., Ltd. It includes main industrial facilities such as Skyscraper Workshops and R & D Center Buildings. 

It plans to introduce industries such as biomedicine, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, new-generation information technology, and high-tech testing, and build a high-end industrial park with a complete industrial chain integrating design, R & D, production, and sales. 

In July 2024, SuZhuang completed office partitions for the 5th to 10th floors of this Innovation Center, with a total area of 6,500 square meters. The relevant products include double-glazed panoramic glass partitions, ecological doors, and glass doors, and have been highly praised by the client.
